To nurture talents in global governance, China Scholarship Council (CSC) will carry out the Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program as one program under Chinese Government Scholarship.

The program brochure is published online on https://www.campuschina.org/content/details3_790440.html. Applicants who meet the criteria and obtain pre-admission letter from the university listed in the brochure can apply for this scholarship by April 30, 2023.
