Notice on Changes of Office Hours of Consular Services

Starting from March 10th, 2023, the reception of consular services at Chinese Embassy in Rwanda will be open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. New applications will be accepted at 08:30-11:30 in the morning, and pick up time will be 15:00-17:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday and Friday.
In case of any emergency that requires services beyond the office hours, please contact the embassy in advance.
