On March 25^th, H.E. Amb. Wang met with Mr. Theoneste Higaniro, Chairperson of Rwanda-China Alumni Organization (RCAO), and other representatives who came to say goodbye.

Amb. Wang thanked RCAO for the solid support during his tour of duty, and commended the latter’s efforts in promoting China-Rwanda cooperation. He encouraged RCAO to further contribute to the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Rwanda.

Mr. Theoneste Higaniro appreciated Amb. Wang’s support to RCAO and extended best wishes. He reaffirmed the commitment of RCAO to friendly cooperation between Rwanda and China.
