On June 4, at the invitation of the Rwanda Kungfu Wushu Federation (RKWF), H.E. Mr. Wang Xuekun, the Chinese Ambassador to Rwanda, and his spouse participated in the Kigali Car Free Day event, in an effort to promote Chinese Wushu.

During the event, Ambassador Wang Xuekun and Mr. Marc Uwiragiye, RKWF President, along with embassy staff and RKWF members, walked for over an hour and did aerobics together with Rwandan dignitaries including Minister of Environment, Hon. Jeanne d’Arc Mujawamariya, and Mayor of Kigali, Mr. Pudence Rubingisa. Ambassador Wang also performed Tai Chi in the public event, attracting great attention of the participants.
