On February 5^th, 2020, H. E. Paul Kagame, the President of the Republic of Rwanda wrote the letter of solidarity to H. E. XI Jinping, the President of the People's Republic of China, saying that the Rwandan side strongly believes that in the ability of Chinese government and the Communist Party of China ---under President XI's able leadership --- to manage the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus. The government of Rwanda's support, where needed, is in the fight against 2019-nCoV that concerns us all. The letter is as follows.
