The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Rwanda will regularly dispose of overdue yet completed consular documents, including visas, passports and notarial documents, etc. Applicants who have not collected their consular document for over a month, shall contact the consular office in a timely manner. If such a document has not been picked up for more than one year, the Embassy will dispose of it accordingly without further notice. All the consequences that may arise shall be borne by the applicant.
