On October 15, Ambassador Gao Wenqi called on Hon. Vincent Biruta, Minister of Interior of Rwanda. The two sides exchanged views on deepening bilateral cooperation in law enforcement and security. Senior Captain (Navy) Li Dayi, Defence Attaché, was present.

Ambassador Gao expressed appreciation to the Ministry of Interior for its longstanding efforts in protecting the personal safety and property of Chinese citizens and enterprises in Rwanda.
